About Me

I'm an AWS Cloud Engineer specializing in Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps, DevOps, and Platform Engineering. I build and operate production cloud-native infrastructure and internal developer platforms, with hands-on experience across AWS, Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, Helm, CI/CD, observability, security, and infrastructure automation.

My production experience includes managing 9 AWS EKS clusters across multiple regions and accounts, supporting 200+ microservices in multi-tenant environments, and designing and operating reliable cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code.

I have hands-on Platform Engineering experience building an internal developer platform with Backstage, including a custom FastAPI automation backend and Azure SSO integration for self-service infrastructure workflows. This experience led me to create Backstage PyActions, an open-source Python/FastAPI framework for exposing Python automation as Backstage scaffolder actions, helping platform teams integrate existing automation without rewriting it in Node.js/TypeScript.

In addition, I have software development experience with Python, Go, TypeScript, Node.js, FastAPI, and microservices, along with a security research background that resulted in 8 responsibly disclosed CVEs. This combination gives me a security-first approach across cloud infrastructure, automation, and software engineering.

I'm currently interested in Cloud Engineer, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and SRE opportunities, particularly roles involving cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps, internal developer platforms, and cloud-native technologies.

Open to international relocation and opportunities across Germany and Europe. I'm looking forward to pursuing new opportunities abroad, experiencing new cultures, and collaborating with diverse teams.
